Choose the right bar and fit.
A matching length is the starting point for a rigid LED bar enquiry. The complete cross section, input, lens arrangement, fixing method and intended application also need to match the project.
This dimensional shortlist brings together lightbox sources and one cabinet-lighting bar so buyers can distinguish them before ordering.
For a new display, work from the usable enclosure dimensions and the proposed lighting positions. For replacement work, include the existing source measurements, power-unit label and connection photographs. Two bars of similar length can require different optical, electrical or control configurations.

The two SL-BL029-120 pages share the same 517mm core specification. They are grouped in one comparison row; the cool-white detail adds an optional CRI 90+ ordering reference. The two 470mm rows represent different models and applications.

Separate lightbox optics from cabinet controls
The lens-bar options serve different layout decisions within illuminated displays. Use the optical angle together with the actual face material and enclosure drawing. A short edge source, a backlighting module and a longer lightbox bar should be evaluated for their intended positions.
SL-BL009-120-S is presented primarily for cabinet, wardrobe and interior-lighting projects. Its detail shows optional external hand-sweep, door and motion sensors. State the required switching behaviour and confirm the compatible input, controller, supply and leads. Its numeric input and lens angle are not established in the listed technical table.
Check the interfaces for replacement work
Record the original mounting centres, connector shape and lead polarity before selecting a sample. Verify the full width and height as well as the length: the two 470mm options have different cross sections, and their power and application descriptions differ.
The 360mm model shows white-plug and DC-connector versions. The 319mm model shows DC sockets with optional straight and right-angle connection parts. Specify the exact mating arrangement instead of assuming that an existing harness fits the new source.
A dimensional shortlist does not establish drop-in compatibility. Agree the complete component and wiring configuration, then assess the sample in the intended frame or cabinet before approving the replacement.
Prepare a dimensional or custom-component enquiry
Mark usable space, fixing positions and cable clearances on the drawing. Include the selected white-light requirement and any CRI option supported by the relevant product. The fixture appearance, connectors and controls should be recorded together for repeat procurement.
Where the standard geometry cannot be used, send the enclosure drawing and electrical target. OEM work can include circuit-board design, terminal processing, product dimensions and fixing devices. Custom feasibility, sample scope and production configuration are confirmed for the project.

Are all the bars in this collection 24V?
Seven of the eight detail references list 24V DC, with SL-BL005-100 specifying ±0.5V. The cabinet bar SL-BL009-120-S requires its input to be confirmed with the quoted control configuration.
Which measurements should I send for a replacement?
Send the complete source length, width and height, mounting positions, connector photographs and power-unit label. Add the enclosure depth and face material for a lightbox, or control requirements for a cabinet project.
