Build the backlighting layout.
Choose the backlighting component around the graphic face, enclosure space and installation drawing. These three rigid lens bars give display fabricators a shortlist of 319mm, 470mm and 710mm assemblies with published 24V DC inputs.
Their power, output and optical specifications differ, so they should be compared as complete models.
This collection focuses on the component decision inside an illuminated advertising display. Use the actual cabinet depth and face material when planning bar positions, then approve a sample layout before repeating it across a production run. A higher lumen figure alone does not establish the required spacing or the appearance of the finished graphic.

Compare lens direction with the display construction
Place the full assembly dimensions on the cabinet drawing and mark the lens orientation. Check the distance to the graphic or diffuser, the fixing positions and any internal frame members. Differences in face material or available depth should be evaluated in the sample rather than compensated for by an assumed bar-count rule.
The 319mm module has 20 × 60° optics, while the 470mm and 710mm models specify 15 × 40° and 14 × 47° respectively. These model-specific angles provide a basis for comparing arrangements. Assess the whole face, including edges and corners, under the intended display conditions.
Select the mounting and connection package
SL-BL052-6L-140 indicates a Ø5.2mm mounting-hole reference and shows board-end DC sockets. Right-angle connecting leads and straight DC couplers are pictured as optional accessories. State the connector arrangement and accessory quantities in the enquiry.
The 470mm bar shows two alternative fixing arrangements using metal pieces and hand-tightening screws; one includes springs and washers. The 710mm bar shows slotted fixing areas and frame hardware. Supply the frame section so the appropriate components can be identified for each model.
All three listings use 24V DC. Confirm the polarity, feed arrangement, cable route and power-unit specification for the final bar quantity. Keep the light sources and their selected wiring components together in the approved sample record.
Specify the white-light version for repeat orders
The 319mm listing offers four white-light order ranges: 2800–3200K, 3700–4300K, 4700–5300K and 6500–7500K. The 470mm and 710mm product sheets list 2800–16000K, with the required order version confirmed in the quotation. These ranges describe procurement options, rather than colour switching built into the assembled display.
Approve the selected white-light appearance using the actual graphic and face material. Record the model, colour version, lens orientation, fixing kit and connectors so a repeat order can refer to the same component configuration.

Does the 710mm bar automatically replace two shorter bars?
No layout equivalence follows from length or output alone. SL-BL085-12L is 710mm, 27.5W and 3300 lm with 14 × 47° optics. Compare its mounting space, lens direction and sample appearance with the proposed shorter-bar arrangement.
Can I order the 319mm module in warm white?
The SL-BL052-6L-140 listing includes a 2800–3200K warm-white order range, alongside three other ranges. State the selected version for the sample and production quotation.
Are DC couplers and mounting pieces included?
