20W lens light bars for lightbox manufacturers
Choose the SL-BL008-200 rigid LED bar for advertising-lightbox lighting projects. Its 470mm body combines 3535 LEDs, optical lenses and an aluminium substrate. The 20W version is specified at 2000 lm, DC 12–24V and 6000–7000K cold white, with a 10 × 40° light angle.
For display manufacturers and sign-box assemblers, select the fixing-hole version and connection kit alongside the light bar. Optical lens and aluminium-board construction
Each pictured LED has an optical lens, and the source specifies a 10 × 40° light angle. The aluminium-substrate detail labels a 23mm board width and 1.6mm substrate thickness; the complete assembled bar dimensions are listed separately above. Review lens orientation and bar placement against the lightbox drawing.
Choose the mounting arrangement for your profile
For surface mounting, the illustration shows self-tapping screws through the bar fixing points. For a lightbox groove, the round-hole version uses a hand screw and nut; the square-hole version uses a hand-tightening fastener rotated half a turn within the aluminium groove. Send the profile section and choose the corresponding hole version before confirming hardware.
The wiring illustration shows bar connections with an external power unit. Specify supply voltage, the number of bars, feed arrangement and connecting leads for the complete kit. Confirm the permitted circuit grouping and connector configuration for the order.
Lightbox applications and external sensor options
The application images include advertising lightboxes, retail signs and cabinet or interior lighting with an external switch. Select the enclosure and electrical configuration for the intended installation.
Three external sensor options are illustrated: a hand-wave switch with a 3–8cm sensing distance, a door switch with a 3–8cm sensing distance, and a body sensor with a 3–5m sensing distance and a 30-second switch-off delay after people leave. Which model should I specify for the 2000 lm version?
Request SL-BL008-200, rated at 20W ±10% and 2000 lm ±10%, with the listed 7cm lead. The 17W SL-BL008-170 is a separate model with 1700 lm ±10% and a 4cm lead.
Are the sensor and fixing parts included?
Sensor switches, screw-and-nut fittings, square-hole fasteners, leads and the external power unit should be itemised in the quotation. State the required installation configuration and bar quantity.
Can the bar fit my lightbox extrusion?
Provide the profile cross-section, usable groove dimensions and fixing positions. Select the round-hole or square-hole bar version against the matching hardware before confirming the order.
Can I evaluate a sample before a production run?
