LED Ladder Lights for Fabric Lightboxes: A Purchasing Checklist

Select LED ladder lights from the dimensions and construction of the fabric lightbox, then confirm the electrical configuration. The ladder format places LED bars in a connected arrangement, but the bar length, connection details and intended layout remain model-specific.

Record the lightbox construction

Provide the illuminated width and height, internal depth and the profile section. State whether the graphic is single- or double-sided, how it is tensioned and where the LEDs can be fixed. Include obstructions, support members and the space available for the power supply.

Compare the assembly with the graphic in place

Evaluate a sample using the intended fabric, cabinet depth and mounting arrangement. Inspect the illuminated face for bright points, dark areas and changes near frame edges. Keep the test arrangement recorded so that a later production order uses the same bar version, colour option and supply.

Keep different lightbox sizes separate

A distributor may order one family of ladder lights for several fabric display sizes. List each cabinet design separately rather than copying one LED quantity to every size. If bars or leads can be configured differently, confirm the selected arrangement in the quotation. Do not cut or alter a bar or connection unless the product instructions permit it.

Plan assembly and service access

• Show where bars will be secured and how the graphic is fitted.

• Provide room for wiring and access to the supply.

• Confirm which parts, cables and accessories are included.

• Identify the approved sample configuration in the bulk order.
