Choose the connector and lens version
The original connector illustration lists 5557, 3P and DC plug versions. Identify the required version with the model number and provide the mating connection details or photographs for the sample specification.
The product table lists 10 × 40° and 9 × 50° lens choices, plus white-light ranges of 3000–3500K and 5000–8000K. Select the lens and white-light version for the intended graphic, cabinet or display face. CRI 90+ white LEDs are available to order.
The construction illustration identifies 3535 LEDs and a 1.6mm aluminium substrate. The complete lens assembly is 16mm high; use the full assembly dimensions when planning the enclosure.
Profile mounting or direct surface fixing
The lightbox instructions illustrate a hand screw and nut for a board with round holes, and a hand-tightened fastener for a board with square holes. Match the supplied board-hole version and hardware to the frame groove.
A separate illustration shows direct mounting with self-tapping screws, followed by connection of the light bar, external sensor and power unit. Provide the mounting surface, fixing positions and connection requirements to agree the delivered parts and installation layout.
External sensor options for cabinet and interior projects
