A hanging cube or multi-sided lightbox needs its lamp position, cable route and enclosure construction considered together. These cylindrical LED sources direct light around the tube and are shown in display-enclosure applications. Both models are listed as 30W light sources, but they are different systems. The white tube uses AC100–240V input and three-pin input/output. The RGB tube identifies a 24V RGB-controller configuration and four-core connections. Select the intended light appearance first, then define the supply and suspension package for that model.
White illumination and RGB use different configurations
The white model provides a stated 3000 lm output. The RGB model lists separate colour outputs and a combined RGB value; the figures should remain attached to their respective models. A white-light tube and an RGB tube are not alternative versions of the same electrical kit.

Plan the position inside the actual enclosure
Provide the lightbox width, height and depth, the number of graphic faces and the intended lamp locations. Include the face material and any internal frame members that could affect the light path. Application photographs demonstrate a display concept; they do not establish a guaranteed result for every cube or column.
A sample behind the intended graphic helps assess brightness, colour appearance and differences between faces. Record the proposed mounting position during that check so the approved arrangement can be repeated. No fixed spacing, minimum enclosure depth or universal lamp count is established by the 360° description.
Specify white-light appearance or RGB control
For SL-LT013-N96L, choose one of the listed white-light ranges when ordering. The images show optional white versions rather than a lamp-side CCT selection switch. State the chosen range with the quantity and assess it under the intended viewing conditions.
For SL-LT019-180L, describe the required colour behaviour and the intended controller. Confirm channel connections, combined load, supply and cable arrangement together. The source does not establish DMX, app control, an included remote or a particular controller protocol. Those requirements belong in the configuration enquiry.
Agree suspension hardware and every connecting lead
The white tube illustrations show steel-wire suspension with a locking device. The RGB references show a steel-wire hook and extension options marked 500mm and 1000mm. Specify the required wire length, fixing points and routing space; confirm which parts form the supplied set.
A connector described as waterproof does not establish a protection rating for the complete RGB lamp or its installation. Provide the actual exposure conditions and request the relevant model-specific information. The hanging frame, printed graphics and other enclosure components should be itemised separately from the light source.

Why does the white product URL contain 41W?
The product specification identifies SL-LT013-N96L as 30W with 3000 lm output. Use those model values for selection and quotation; its existing product link retains the earlier URL wording.
Can both tubes connect directly to the same mains lead?
The white tube lists AC100–240V input. The RGB model requires its specified 24V RGB-control arrangement. Define the electrical set for the selected model; their connections differ.
Are controllers, linking leads and suspension parts included?
The quotation should list the controller where required, supply, leads, suspension parts and their quantities. The application illustrations do not establish a standard complete kit.
How should I choose the number of tubes?
